1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
You received the wrong item
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
We do not accept returns for:
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental breakage
Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with
Earphones, headphones, and other personal-use items for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
Sale items or clearance stock (unless faulty)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

3. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, you may choose from the following refund options:
Full Refund – For defective or incorrect items, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
Partial Refund – In some cases, if the product has been opened but is still functional, a partial refund may be granted.
Store Credit – If you prefer, we can issue a credit for use in future purchases.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or through mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad) within 7–10 business days after return approval.
4. Exchange Policy
We also offer product exchanges if:
You received the wrong item or color
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
To exchange a product:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
Follow the same return process described above
We will send the replacement item once we receive the original product
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed instead.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
6. Shipping and Return Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Important Notes
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Always keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is confirmed.
Refunds may be delayed or denied if returned items are not received in proper condition.
