1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all regions across Bangladesh, including:
All major cities such as Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Jashore
Suburban and rural areas (delivery time may vary slightly based on location)
We do not currently offer international shipping

2. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted local and national courier partners such as:

Depending on your location and order size, we choose the most suitable courier to ensure fast and secure delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our typical delivery timeframes are:
Inside Jashore city: 1–2 business days
Dhaka & divisional cities: 2–4 business days
Remote/rural areas: 3–6 business days
Note: Business days do not include Fridays or government holidays.
We will notify you via SMS or phone call once your order is shipped and provide tracking information if available.
4. Shipping Charges
Our shipping fees are affordable and vary based on delivery location and order weight:

We occasionally offer free delivery promotions on selected products or order amounts. Please check our homepage or social media for current offers.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via phone or email.
Orders placed after 5 PM or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery in most locations across Bangladesh. Here’s how it works:
Pay in cash when your product is delivered
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the product during delivery
Failure to accept COD deliveries may result in future restrictions on COD availability for your account
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or call (if applicable). You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
If tracking is not available for your courier, our team will assist you directly with order updates.
8. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
Weather conditions
Transportation strikes
Courier backlog
Incorrect shipping address or contact number
In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to ensure prompt delivery.
9. Failed Deliveries
If the delivery attempt fails due to:

Recipient not available
Refusal to accept the parcel

Attempt redelivery
Cancel the order (in repeated cases)
Charge additional delivery costs for reattempts

10. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package, missing item, or wrong product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos or videos of the package/product
We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution — which may include reshipment, refund, or product replacement.
